Registration
In order to encourage the participation of a larger number of delegates the Organizing Committee has made efforts to lower costs of attendence. The registration fee will cover the conference folder: book of abstracts, notebook, pen, welcome party, lunches and banquet tichets.

*Student authors are eligible for registration fee discounts if they can prove their student status. |

** The fee covers: equipment’s presentation during one section, logo and short description of the company in the conference abstract book/conference web site, inclusion of the own brochures in the conference bag, access to all Conference Sections and to social program of the conference. Contracts for exhibition space should be negotiated separately with the local organizing committee. |
Accompanying person/Listener Delegates fee will cover the welcome party, lunches and banquet.

- For invoicing we need VAT number, name and address of the depositor (university/institute).
- For student - proof of student status is also required.
Official IBWAP 2017 invoices will be distributed during on site registration, for those who made payment confirmation.
